🧡🤍 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT, CANES! 🤍🧡 Last night at the Boosters meeting, they proudly donated $50,000 toward supporting ALL of our amazing MDHS student–athletes! This incredible milestone is only possible because our community shows up, works together, and believes in our kids. From parents to volunteers to local supporters—YOU made this happen. And this is what “We Are One Team” truly means. 🧡🤍 But we’re not done. To keep creating these opportunities for our athletes, our Booster organization needs our parents, community members and alumni. Your help volunteering & in concessions isn’t just appreciated—it directly impacts our teams, our programs, and our students’ experiences. Your hour of help = real results. XC results from Regionals! 🔥 Girls Team 🔥 The girls defended their Regional Title and brought home 1st place for the 4th year in a row! 💪 They were led by Cecilia Lear (2nd), Lilliana Vu (10th), and Makayala Bauch (13th) — all earning All-Region honors! Strong support came from teammates Isabella Orser, Emma Vu, Kayden Fleming, and Kariannys Velazquez to seal the victory. 🏆 💥 Boys Team 💥 The boys placed 4th overall, punching their ticket to the State Championships for the 2nd straight year! 🙌 They were led by Gabriel Lewis (3rd) and Gavin Douglas (10th), both earning All-Region honors, with key contributions from Gabriel Vazquez, Joseph Cottone, John Pease, Benjamin Daniel Stone, and Ammon Nichols.
