Our Hurricane Band competed today in Tarpon Springs and walked away with: Most Outstanding Auxiliary Most Outstanding Percussion Most Outstanding Woodwinds Most Outstanding Soloist Most Outstanding Visual Most Outstanding General Effects 1A GRAND CHAMPIONS They placed first in their division and placed 2nd in the 1A and 2A divisions, 18 total bands. Congrats Canes!

However, children are more at risk when approaching or leaving a school bus. It’s important for all drivers, as well as parents and students, to understand school bus safety. That's the focus of National School Bus Safety Week, an active and evolving public education program urging parents, students, teachers, motorists, school bus operators, school administrators, and other interested parties to join forces and address the importance of school bus safety.
